CARLA (2020-2022)

CARLA will create and test a robust, competitive and sustainable career camp of excellence at the EU level focused on photonics with the aim to serve as a ready-to-replicate tool. It will integrate throughout all process the dimensions of industry, academia, innovation and entrepreneurship, and will put special attention to empower gender diversity, within the camps and in the future photonics workforce.

The main objective of CARLA is to create a sustainable career camp of excellence for the European photonics community that encourages STEM university students and young researchers (Ph.D. students and young postdocs) in pursuing careers in photonics.
