Natalia Andrea Gutierrez Andrade (29-12-1994) is a PhD researcher of the Brussels Photonics B-PHOT at VUB. Her main research topic is the implementation of a microplastic detection device based on the SPR phenomena, which is part of the MONPLAS project, under the supervision of Prof. Heidi Ottevaere, Prof. Wendy Meulebroeck and PhD Tatevik Chalyan. Natalia graduated as a Physicist Engineer and achieved her master degree in Applied physics from EAFIT University in Colombia.
